- We know rules aren’t fun but we have had to put some in place in order to take care of the property and to keep an amicable coexistence with our neighbors. SMOKING Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment nor on the balcony. This also applies to the consumption of any drugs or narcotics of any kind. PETS Unfortunetly we cannot accept pets due to community rules imposed on us PARTIES It is prohibited to have any parties or events nor receive visits without prior approval NOISE LEVEL We ask to maintain a moderate to low noise level especially at night after 9pm IDENTITY Its likely we may request, and only for security reasons, an identification such as a driver license or passport FIREWORKS Fireworks are not allowed in near the house. Since the house has palapa roofing it is a hazard. Any firework use should be done by the beach pointed toward the ocean and away from the house. CLEANLINESS Remove sand before entering the house.
